You probably heard that before. But this is unbelievable.

The ship will include 100 000 people on board, 50 000 - will have appartments there and will live there always. A small ships will circulate from land to the ship and back - to let ppl visit different countries while they are living on the ship.
It will have schools, shops, clinics, fabrics and so on.
I wonder will it work or not? And will it be the most free place in the world?
