    Non nude model goes nude - Good or Bad?

    I was thinking that all the people who had joined before would rush back to see the goods. But I suppose it totally fucks with retention.

    Example is next door nikki, if she now starts showing everything will the site get bigger or is it only temporary?

      I think its probably temporary for the old fans , they get their fantasy finally. Then they will leave and she will get new ones.

                  Could be but sites live on those long term retention numbers. Are those folks talking? Would they even know at this point? They could just ignore it abd see if it blows over.

                                                          It's not good for retention guys. Non-nude and nude members are two entirely separate breeds. Nude guys are looking for a quick beatoff session and move on. Non-Nude guys connect with the model in some way and retain like crazy. Just read their boards, it's not so much sexual as it is being able to communicate with a hot 20 year old.

                                                          I read that Next Door Nikki has 3700 active members! I remember promoting her and seeing that 8% of the sales stayed past 3 months. I think I still get paid on some sales I made a year ago with her.

                                                          So killing off that loyal following for the all nude surfer is not a good thing necessarily. She has to build up a new image, which is tough with a lot more competition in the nude space. She'll get a nice boost from it in the coming weeks, but that's it. Springer doesn't even mention NDN I believe and 99% of the world will just see her as some girl who went topless on the show.

                                                          Then again, it's a good time to start PROMOTING HER for a couple weeks in your blogs.

                                                              I think customers of nn sites are super weird and build an unrealistic loyality to that model but the retention is fucking amazing.

                                                              Showing off your boobs on national TV is cool but your members are your bread n butter.

                                                                              Would you tie it to the site then? She really has done almost topless. Just curious as to what options would look best right now. I agree with it is an opportunity for quick cash. Not always the best idea long term though.
