I don't play ... I did win a few hundred from a scratch off once many years ago ... a good friend won $4 million .. He went in with a guy from work every week .. so he got $2 million .. I think he collected something like $60-$70k a year for 20 years after Taxes ...he won when he was 19 ...it was a good start for him ..
