    Why do you think Twistys is so successful?

    Im asking because I want to learn what makes a site successful so I can do it that way too.

    Theyre rolling in dough yet there are 1,000,000,000 other "beautiful girls" sites out there to compete with. Why is Twistys doing so good while others go nowhere?

    Do you think its the persistence of keeping going, or do you think its just the quality of it? The tour is very basic and clean but not fancy.

                                                      Yeah but in the beginning they just used mostly Matrix content that everyone else has access to. He even said in the beginning he was laughed at because he was using conent that everyone else was using.
                                                      And not every site that uses high res pics is doing as good as Twistys.

                                                                              shap has posted many times on here that Twistys was a big success when he had zero exclusive content in it. if you have traffic - targeted - all you need is a solid site that delivers value - shap has gone beyond that now - he's ambitious and knowing him a bit i think he takes pride in the site and hiring Dean gives Twistys the ability to choose models and find some underexposed ones.

                                                                                                      Twisty is one of the few programs that puts out sites that get their full attention and care. In this business, the majority of people are still building sites like it's an assembly line and not building sites that they themselves would be fans of. There is something to be said for doing projects that you have an emotional attachment to and would be a member of yourself. Twisty, Duke, etc... the difference isn't empirically quantifiable but the amount of care that goes into sites by owners like these is shown in the end result.

                                                                                                      So if you're looking for some formula of models or tour types or what videos to use you won't find it. My advice is to build a site that you love so much, you'd join it in a heartbeat. Then when other people with the same tastes as yours come along, they will likely join too.

It's not necessary to go out and discover a brand new niche, the way people in online porn often suggest: some small difference is often enough to set you apart.

                                                                                                                          And if you haven't seen the inside of their site, go ahead and compare that with the competition. They've geared it towards making it easy for the customer to get to what they want.

                                                                                                                          Pretty basic stuff that few can grasp.

Look at any review site, well any honest one, and see where Twistys is and the company they mix with.

                                                                                                                                                                              Some talk about Exclusive, then put up the same stuff that's on 80% of other sites, yes different girl but that's not exclusive. Twistys delivers a level of quality that 90% of the sites out there are incapable of competing with. Members rebill because there truly is little choice of where to get more of that level.
