A balance diet does the same thing. Where it all goes fucking wrong is living in a polluted world.

It is no good eating 3 almonds a day or a balanced diet if you going to smoke pot, snort heroin, drink town water that is poisoned with fluoride and chlorine, breath in car fumes, suffer microwaves from your cell phone, eat food that is full of chemical, preservative, genetically modified, nuked with gamma rays, live in a house that is painted with polymers, has plastics, have sex with infected woman, etc, etc.

Mix one or all of the above with 3 almonds a day and you have a recipe for a short life.

Oh, for all you pissheads, I left out booze. We need at least one vice to enjoy life.
