Designers don't like doing quality stuff in public, only to not be picked the winner (because the sponsors had something else in mind), and then have their ideas ripped off by other design companies.

A pitch is totally different from public posting. At least in a pitch, only the client sees it.

Hey Mutt, here's a capture of my idea for Dawson's site. Original, out of the box, sexy :winkwink: The part with the door and Dawson is intended to be a flash movie, which I started, but then I'll prefer to wait and eventually work it out with you :)

i agree - it's colorful and different than most i've seen. i like the white one pixelillusion did as well.

thanks guys :) i really gave it my best on that design. by the way Mutt. i should have mentioned this before. the video preview wmp bit, i had designed that part in my psd to become a flash image sequence that rotates 5 of the images you provided, one every 2 - 5 seconds, and would be clickable to either the sample video or the next page.

cool - i think we are going to use Flash for the preview video so whatever design s we go with there will have to be a 'hole' sized to the dimensions of the video.

That looks so HOT, well done.

Liking these 2 myself.. I don't like the central top image of Dawson that harvey used but his designs look good.

new one is also nice harvey - like how you took the stripes of the blanket and extended them.

the photos guys are using probably aren't the ones i'd choose but that's a small issue - those can be changed easily.

only a few days left - it's going to be a tough choice - Dawson saw these yesterday and gave her input - which we'll ignore :1orglaugh

well the contest is almost over - at first i was worried that it might be a failure - but it turned out well - instead of getting one concept from one design company i got a bunch of different concepts to choose from.
