i heard a hip hip song that i love but i have no clue who made the song or what the title is. sounds like a missy elliot song, something "....stop o'matic" its a slower but powerful, bass wise, song. GREAT for dancing/popping. i've just spent like an hour tryin to search for this song.

tip: its been played a million times on that "So You Think You Can Dance" show, during the auditions. HELP!

i used to be a really good dancer when i was younger till around 23'ish. not sure why i stopped. i guess the club scenes just got too much for me. last time i really tore the floor up was hmm...about 2 1/2 yrs ago, it was to that ciara song "oh" (i reinacted the part of the video where she was on the car humping hehe)

i would REALLY like to start dancing again though.

where do you take classes at????
