Its called Snus. Its tobacco. Insted of smoking people use Snus in sweden.
Well ofcourse people do smoke, but since we passed the law that your not allowed to smoke inside buildings (unless they offer smokingroom) people have started using snus more and more.

Its easy, you can use it while you work, its cheaper and more healthier.
To much shit in cigarettes compare to snus. Its more like pure tobacco.

You put it under your lip. There are different kinds, different tastes, this pic is little more hardcore then the average snus. Cause the average snus is put in smal tee-bags. This one isnt, so its a little more harder and nothing for the average user.
