Do you ignore emails and icq? If you are not accepting clients at this time, that is understandable but how about a reply saying you are to busy or not interested. Where is the common courteous in this business?

How many times do you need to be told?
It is like the dozens of emails I get weekily from people saying they have taken it upon themselves to put a link to me up on their site and that I should reciprocate because it will help us both so very much.
Then the weekly, "how come you haven't reciprocated yet?" emails.
I imagine he gets tired of that crap too. If he isn't soliciting the business, does he really have an obligation to respond to everyone?
