Why do people attempt to hijack domains? - GoFuckYourself.com

some guy tried to hit pretty much all my personal domains last night ( nothing to do with oainternet.com or any of our sites )

i called go daddy and he said " looks like he was just attempting to register em " ... wtf he put in a transfer request
i hate phone techs

Got to be honest Chris - I just don't trust any registrar with shit. They may provide a reasonable service today, but then crumble into utter chaos tomorrow - it never seems to fail.

I had an angry domain owner try everything under the sun to get his domain back after I grabed it (he let it expire then changed his mind).

He called me a thief and then fraudulently transferred the domain to himself (before the days of registrar locks)

I got it back and he lost his godaddy account.

Idiots.

TRAFFIC. they send the traffic that you built, and sell the clicks. Let the program know, and you may be able to get them shut down.
