Ramos you are a good guy. You are fun at shows, you are helpful on ICQ and you have learned a lot since you started to pop up in this industry. You are a good account rep generally although you, like everyone in this industry still have lots to learn. That doesn't make you less qualified for your job.

You like to be in the spotlight and to be the centre of attention, which is also part of your job, and what makes you good at your job.

When you are in the spotlight and generally well liked there are always a couple of people who hate you just to hate you...seriously don't sweat the small stuff. It is a guarantee that someone who knows as many people as you do and who hangs out on the board as much as you do will have some people that won't be on your side.

No matter what you write, no matter how articulate you make it there will still be haters. Good luck soldier T4L

That is stealing man. Walk into any sales office in any business in the world and ask them. So lets say you buy your computers from a rep at Dell who gets commissions. One day that Rep isn't there and you talk to another and he says he'll create a new account and be your new account rep? It's stealing and the cardinal sin in any sales office.

In that situation you have two choices. Help the person and then inform the main sales rep and ask for a cut. Or tell them you can't help them at all.

Try that shit in a mainstream sales environment and you'll be on your ass in no time.:2 cents:

Not sure who to contact but I tried awhile back and never got any. I signed up under you but I was using the main Fleshlight e-mail, not yours. We were going to use a couple fleshlights as a promo for a few sites and forums that we run. I didn't even mind buying them at a wholesale rate for the promo, but never heard back.

Nonetheless, we held back on advertising when a lot of the shit started coming up with Fleshlight on the boards a couple months back. Probably not a huge affiliate, but we'd have been able to send a few sales a day.

If he were to pull that on Pacino, he'd be in trouble...

Sticking by your friends is one thing. Backing them up when they're clearly in the wrong is another. It makes you look bad by association. The smartest thing you can do is to not say a thing.

For the record.

I signed up for FL under Juicy. I signed up because of Juicy. So if there is any question as to where the credit goes, this should clear it up.

Ramos contacted me and offered a FL, not sure if he didn't respond or left FL before he could?? CT contacted me to make sure all promises were fulfilled. Said all I had to do is fill out an order and advise him. I never followed through cause it seemed like every webmaster out there is was hittin 'em up for free goods. Not a big deal for me. Just wanted the record straight on Juicy should be assigned the account and that CT is doing excellent follow up.

If there are still open questions on account assignment, hit me on ICQ and I'll provide the account number.
