Anyone use corporate credit/loans to purchase real estate?
In some instances there can be a real estate deal that is just too juicy to pass over. Should one use corporate credit to acquire real estate?

Yeah i ahve done it. Be prepared to bend over on the interest rate. And it is going to be short term.

Yes, quite often. The rates are definately higher, but the tax benefits makes up for it.
