I once saw on a home remedy infomercial a long time ago that biting on a pencil works. It's worth a try if the other suggestions don't work for you.

I get them from time to time...only thing to do is dark room, no computer, just relax...longest I've had it was 5 days and I swear it felt like 100 days.

I'm a heavy migraine suffer. My best reccomendation is to get some caffiene in you (tea, soda), stay sway from chocolate/sweets, make sure you're hydrated, and try and sleep it off. If you have someone there to run the back of your neck to release the associated muscle tension try that too.

have someone masage your head with cold rub and have a complete rest. Usually works for me cause im a majoy migraine sufferer too. Dim the lights too...and stay away from the computer for a while.
