I would of expected this domain to be worth $1000-2000 if bought by a sponsor. Its not exactly a golden domain with loads of typeins by the look of it. But more power to you if you can sell it for more.

you need at least 500-1,000 pages worth of link backs to a domain for it be worth anything decent.

Fair question.

Alot of it is distilled from our experience in owning thousands of domains. We also own a branding company.

Some of the factors we considered:

1. General brandability. The name "MILF LOVERS" naturally sounds good and lends itself to being a recognized brand.
2. Value in web commerce, MILF is the hottest adult niche.
3. Two word length of domain.
4. 'MILF' keyword.
5. .COM extension.

The bottom line: MILF LOVERS would make a great signature website.

In the right hands, this domain would make a paysite operator ALOT of $$$$$$.

Used to be "wife" till the term "milf" came along. milflovers is an excellent branding name for this niche - thinking.... doubt there could be much better.

Thats not really the way to look at it. Sure that helps.

But if you figure the number of searches of MILF, and the number of Lovers, plus the number of the words combines, you can bet your ass that the type in will be a lot higher than 64.

I would say more like the 1k a day.

Here's the thing, milflovers is a better name than a lot of sponsor sites in the milf niche. Yet he's been selling this name for MONTHS if not longer and has no takers. Back in March he was taking $25K. Don't tell me sponsors don't have $25K. They must know what the name is worth and I feel it's nowhere near $25K
