Rockstar has pretty much double the caffiene and taurine (not sure if taurine actually does anything or not) as a redbull does. But redbull tastes better with jager ;)

It's been in the L.A. market for at leats a year now... not sure what distribution's like up in Canada.

Made by PepsiCo... it pretty much tastes like Mountain Dew with a bit more "umph" to it.... all the standard Energy drinks stuff in it: Caffeine, Taurine, etc...

Always have a 4-pack in the fridge for emergency all-nighters. :-)

I picked up a 4 pack of AMP and ROCKSTAR today, I've already tried red bull. I recommend the sugar free ones.

Redbull is the best. There is also a knock off you can get at 7-11 by the name of MadCroc that is pretty good as well.

I am not a big fan of Rockstar, Monster or Amp. There is a club here that does not serve Rebull and makes Rebull/Vodkas with Rockstar. They taste like shit. Seriously.

I use to drink Diet Rockstar then tried the juiced and i cant go back. Smooth taste, still have the kick but with real juice giving you vitamins as well.

Never had Rock Star but tried Red Bull once and didn't like it. The only energy drink I've somewhat liked was Amp.
