Thinking Hollywood and beverly hills area. I come from an area with no movie stars or anything like that so is it hard to get into that scene? Can flash big cash for one weekend to make it fun. i guess.

I don't really know, but I read a lot of gossip sites and from what I heard all the celebs go to Hyde, LAX, Mood, The Tropicana Bar inside the Roosevelt Hotel.
I always see tabloid pics of Paris Hilton and tons of other celebs like Justin Timberlake going there. I have no idea about getting in.

For example, that club has 10 reviews, you can read what people say about getting in. Btw, Nicole Richie's on and off again boyfriend DJ AM dj's there.
And then read about more clubs on Sunset, and Hollywood.

Awesome seems i could just get a room at the Roosevelt. Sort of hard to turn away guests I would think. Carry lots of cash is the other trick I use.

The Roosevelt bar closed due to a bunch on underage drinking. (Lindsay Lohan) But the hotel itself is awesome, Johnny Depp always stays there when he comes here. You should try LAX, eat dinner at the Geisha House or The Ivy on Robertson, great artichoke salad! You should try Citizen Smith on Cahuenga it's a fun place and great decor. That sounds fun. The Beverly is right across the street from Rodeo so that's always fun shopping that she will enjoy. Most of all the fun clubs/bars are in Hollywood so make sure you take a taxi, don't drink and drive the cops are animals here.Originally posted by slapassEddie Bastian

The Mondrian is an absolutely fabulous hotel. It is the home of Skybar which is amazing. I would also suggest The Standard, it's hip and fun. There is also Chateau Marmont which is really cool with a rooftop pool too.Eddie Bastian

Sunset Boulevard is really amazing and glamorous, it's lined up with clubs and celebs. Everyone on Sunset drives a Mercedes, it's awesome. All the celebs go clubbing there.... Last time I was there it was during the mtv movie/music awards, but I didn't know it at the time, we drove by a huge party at the Chateau Marmont, maybe even Lindsay Lohan and Paris was there! Chateau Marmont is star studded, I really would wanna go there...
The celeb I really wanna meet is Paris. She's in London right now tho promoting her album and too busy partying with James Blunt and Petra Nemcova. Paris goes to Hyde a lot ...

When you come to L.A. you honestly won't party that much on Sunset. It's a bunch of old clubs. All the new clubs are blowing up left and right in WEHO or Hollywood. Sunset has Beige which is great for dinner and pre-drinking awesome outside!Originally posted by rants

I only drove by there a few times and I already love the scene, it's much more glamorous and exciting than OC. I hate suburban life. I like the big city, tall buildings, I actually like the noise and traffic, it makes it seem really vibrant and alive.
And of course I like the LA scene. I always hear people hate LA because it's soulless and very pretentious and in Hollywood it's all about what you wear and drive, but I don't mind because I actually like that vibe. just to clear up some items...
the Tropicana Bar at the Roosevelt reopened recently. The promoters 'the Alliance' who are the best along with Brent Bolthouse are running it now.
and Hyde is basically impossible to get into on thurs/fri/sat nites if you are not on the list, no matter how much cash you drop at the door. the guest list for Hyde is run by Brent Bolthouse and its very extremely tight on those nites.Comment
