![]() When i plug in my USB headset, my normal pc speakers dont work anymore. All the audio is redirected to my headset. Is there a way to avoid this ??

no, headsets replace speakers.. and btw this has nothing to do with Windows
has to do with interrupt requests, and all that jazz |

not 100% sure but I think you can have your sound going to one place only - so it's either your headset or your speakers, you can't have both

Start > Conrol Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Audio > Select your sound card as defult.

If you're using an Audigy go to the Audio Console then to the Headphone Detection tab, uncheck the bottom box "Mute Speaker upon Headphone Jack Detection".
