I had recently just purchased some traffic, a very small amount to test the productivity of it and it's been nothing but problems from the start.
Three days ago I contacted the company about 10,000 uniques to be delievered in a 2-3 day span, sent payment, and waited.. and waited. After two days I finally got ahold of one of the people I had talked to on icq and he told me that they apologize for the delay they will start sending traffic right away. Now this may be completely wrong and uneducated so I am omitting the name of the company until I find out the facts for sure.
The traffic did start to flow eventually, roughly 6000 raw hits only 100 or so of which are uniques. So this is my question. What's going on? I have tried to contact them again about it to no avail, I was forced to go through a reseller when I bought it because the original person I spoke with would not sell only 10k. I would like some advice on this matter because well frankly I'm new to this business and exceptionally new to purchasing traffic. Most of my trades would have died off had it not been for choker working with me very very quickly and providing me with some great producing traffic. I'm not going to shit myself because they very likely could be having network problems but why all the return raw hits? If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it greatly.
