I am sure the cops will care just about as much as they did when I called and insisted that they make a report on my neighbor for calling in bogus "animal neglect" complaints to the Humane Society. They really didnt want to even take a report, much less do anything about it. Nevermind that the complaints were completely false (filing a false report still is a crime) and I had to submit to having my house searched so they would be satisified the cat was being taken care of. Fuck, I should have sued the neighbors for that.
