I need a program that pops one (not two, not three) entry console, and that preferably pays at least $1.00 CPM.

Any help would be super-ultra-greatly appreciated.

ravo: I'm aware of your program, and I am using it on one of my TGPs. I am using it as an exit console, but I also need an entry console.

Choppa: Yes, exitforcash does work well...as an exit. I need an entry console, though.

gooddomains: A form of revenue on one of my lesser known TGPs.

If anyone can find another program, I will be EXTREMELY grateful. I've been searching for days and cannot find one. Surely one exists...I'm just not savvy enough to find it.
