Just read their O2 test before the world cup and its really awful.. 55ml/kg/min was the average results and thats REALLY poor. No wonder the player walks around during the matches.

To compare, Start, the second to bottom placed club in Norway tested their players and the lowest player (not the average) scored 65ml/kg/min ...

nah.. the test shows that there are people on GFY that is a lot fitter than they are..

brazil has had an extremly easy opener and won't face a good team until the 1/4 final..

Well, football is more about skills and tactics, then about athletics.
Do not forget that brazilian players had long tough championships to play, Norway players more prepare then play around the year. And your tests were made BEFORE the WC. I'll be curious to see the tests NOW.
So Brasil IS NOT IN BAD SHAPE.

the tests were made in their trainingcamp before the world cup and if they are not fit before the world cup, heck, you are in deep shit.. 55ml/kg/min equals running for 12 minutes and you need to be fit to take care of your skills and tactics...

The team is made up of professional players. They did not just hike off the beachand make a team. These guys have been playing at this level for years and sure some are past their prime it is hard to fault a coach for keeping Ronaldo on the field.
