I got 6 speed. I only recently had some driving time with an Egear and I really liked it. Up until that time I didnt care for the Egear. I just prefer a stick when driving the exotics. That may change on the next one though.

i was fortunate enough to spend a few days driving a gallardo with the egear recently, i think i will choose the 6 speed when it comes time to pick out my own, it really did not handle shifts properly at redline, hard to explain, but at the rev limit, the egear seemed off.

Well my 2006 6speed shifts differrently than my 2004 did. I am not used to this new one yet with all the gear ratio differences, but I am sure I will be very comfortable with it in 2 weeks! You can't go wrong with a 6 speed trans IMO.

Glad you got the 6sp...It's the only way to go.I drove the e-gear before I got mine and imo,the egear is a pain.

I'll be interested to hear your opinions on the car after you get some miles on it.

We'll have to hook up in Chicago this summer and do a Lambo run.
