A "business license"? When I went to my county, they said since I was not conducting business with anyone else in my county, I didn't need a business license. Haven't had one for 10+ years I've been in the biz and two different counties. Of course, I also don't have $10mil to put into escrow, but at least I'm man enough to admit it ;)

Perfectly wrong. A federal tax id # does not cost a dime. Doesnt even require postage as I posted a link in this thread to the online application. They give you a number to print out, and then they mail you a hard copy about 7 days later.

The stipulation being under what the business is going to be you must check the box OTHER and write in Adult Online business. No need to put anything in escrow.
