Selling Affiliate Memberships, What Do You Look For?

Okay so I'm wrapping up doing the affiliate thingie. I know that when I sell a program what I look for first is customer service and a good percentage like 50% first sale and recurring a minimum.

What do you guys look for?

My stuff is original so it ain't saturated to death.
