they only hand it over the FBI etc, to everybody else that wants it they sell it !!!
without consent they aren't allowed to hand over info , due to privacy
but check the small print and you will see that most time you give consent to do anything with your details
should always negotiate contracts that you sign , remember that you are a customer ,
Oh and since Ive never ever given out my checking account number to an employer he is even more full of shit. lol Always paper check. Unless he is talking about my epassporte account lol
