Judge Orders Man's Penis To Be Monitored
Ok, this is just weird. I mean, really. How in the hell do they come up with these things?
Sure the guy is obviously a piece of crap, and did have CP, but putting censors on his penis? Either let him out of prison or keep him in there. I seriously can't see how monitoring his penis would serve any purpose?

Personally, just having an electronic device placed on my groin would probably be enough to "trigger a response", hahaha.
