i got a sore throat, a cold and this light sick feeling through my body for the past 2 days.. right now its about noon here, and hollands gonna play 9pm tonight.
Whos got a fast cure for this? Like some grandma recipe or whatever, so that i feel better tonight?

drinking tea with honey. (NO MILK!!!!!)
eating--->everything will do as long as you have to swallow etc..I normally pick drop and eierkoeken

medical--->trachotol, strachitol whatever,,get it at the 'apotheek'

Garlic. Eat a shit load of garlic. The salt water helps a lot and so does the tea but I recommend a little booze in the tea.

I generally get quick relief with a couple of multi-symptom nighttime capsules and a couple 1000mg vitamin C. Do 2 vitamin C the first few days then one a day afterwards, do the cold capsules according to the package. Vitamin C will help boost your immunity and help ward off colds in the first place.
