If that was Valerie, I actually appreciate her honesty and down-to-earth nature when she's explaining and doing the training. I would much, much rather have someone admit, up front, that they don't know everything about the product -- but go and find the answers when needed -- rather than try to bullshit their way through things.

And remember that CARMA is pretty new, I don't think they've got that many installs yet.

I don't know anything about Mansion, but I've been working with dozens of clients with NATS installs in the last few months and anytime we've had to open a ticket, they've gotten fast response even on weekends. So I'm amazed to hear about your post but I guess when you do enough business eventually someone is bound to be unhappy.

NATS support ticket system has a very good team running the show. I've never had any problems with them.

So the initial sale might be hard to get, but I can attest to the final product being excellent, including the support staff.
