She doesn't keep those in ... it's just a play thing ..done for fun. each needle gives a rush .. then they take them all out .. it doesn't scar unless you get an infection but those are new needles and just like when you get a shot it goes away in a day or so .. I think the pattern is nice ...someone took their time
