I don't see how they can say this is a age thing. A 13 year old can just as easily of raped her as some 80 year old (and every age in between). When are people going to start taking responsibility for their own actions instead of blaming others. The parents need to be sued for not teaching their kid not to talk to strangers.

I absolutlely agree! Him being an older man, I guess he should have known better, but I know 14 year old girls!! MySpace is acting like as ISP, they just host the forums. How can they possibly monitor and authenticate millions of people? It's crazy. They shouldn't be held responsible for stuff like this.
