I quit smoking in the end of August 2002... I went from 30 cigarettes a day to nothing. I still haven't smoked a cigarette since. It isn't an easy thing to do, but if you hold on and resist temptation, it's a doable job.
start jogging and working out for distractions, and chew gum if you want to have a smoke
I used to smoke between 2-3 packs daily for 6-7 years, and then two years ago I just quit. It was the best decision I ever made. If I can do it anyone can.
i realize now that i never did want to smoke - its the addiction that tells you you must have it and its OK to light one up. You are obviously trying to fight that addiction to even come up with the idea to quit. Don't give in to the addiction, as it will try very hard to win you back over to its side. The addiction does not best represent your interests, don't listen to it!
it is your choise - I keep smoking and never stop
better then sex , money , movies , cars everything - better to die on cigars or by an car accident? We all must die some day - doesn't matter how
Good Luck boldy
