:::: WARNING ::: Don't do business with this designer!!!!
I just wanted to let all of you know not to do business with Kibitoff AKA Mister D sometimes Mister B and his first name is Mark.
If any of you know of his name on other message boards, you can just let others know of him as well.
First of all I asked for a designer a few weeks ago (the end of May) to design some galleries for me. I had a few designers design some for me already and had great business with them. Thank you Jayson at http://www.tenderdesign.com/
I contacted Kibitoff and promised to have galleries in about a week or two, which would mean I would have them completed June 9th. I wanted to send half payment via Paypal or by Epassporte; unfortunately he was no longer to be able to receive payments that way. So I decided to do him a favor and send via Western Union which means a $25 wire transfer fee, which I did make him pay half and it was okay with that.
As the weeks progressed I noticed he would not answer any ICQ?s, none of the emails and I simply wanted to know the status of the galleries. It was only 10 galleries to get a sample of his work which he claimed his site portfolio is: http://adultcreative.com/portfolio.html which I know now is Nick AKA ChewbaCreative.
I later did a check and found that he was ?let go? from adultcreative.com in the middle of May. I gave him a scare that I would let others know of him and his business ethics and he finally contacted me last week claiming his internet was down and he would upload the galleries that night and email them to me but he lost my email address? So I gave it to him right away. Here I am still trying to contact him to get the galleries I already paid in full for, this was 6 days ago that he claimed he would get them to me. I am tired of bullshitting now and this is not worth my time. So I just wanted to let others know on this board and others. I did make other ICQ aliases and contacted him about design work; he immediately contacted me to start work for me and still claims adultcreative.com is his design work. So I know my ICQ and emails are simply being ignored.
In summary:
I paid in full for 10 galleries, and 2 weeks later still have not heard a word. He has done this to 3 other webmasters so far that I know of and he has been reported to different government agencies. He claims www.adultcreative.com is his site which he used to work for. So you pay him half or full payment, don?t expect to get it back?
It?s not the money I am worried about; it?s just the principal of it?

I will now do better background checks of all types of businesses online and have not had a problem like this in the last 4 years I have been doing this. I suggest all people on here to check the background of others before buying.
