iPower $2.95 per domain. Is there a catch?

Anyone using them? Any problems with them?

No, only the limit is 50 domains and:

IPOWER - They are fucking mongoloid idiots (not ordinary idiots but mongoloid idiots). I have lost about 20 domains with them - registered and secured, but lost. They are total fuckups and incapable of solving the smallest little problem. If the support guys shit their pants they wouldnt find their asses.

OK... I think I get the point
I guess I won't use them. What a shame. It seemed like a good option to buy a bunch of cheap domains...

I have 2,500+ domains registered with GoDaddy, and I'm totally delighted with their service. prices, and professional abilities!

Ok, trying to keep it short. In 2 weeks I registered about 50 domains with them, results:

-50 bought and confirmed with receipt and CC payments

-12 Were never registered
support was clueless - told me "hey you have pointed your nameservers wrong - no wonder they dont work"

- 8 or 9 Are lost within the cpanel and no one can find them

- 4 domains have expired - IN 1969!!!!!

- in 50% of the cases the whois protection didnt work

- in 50% of the cases the domain credentials were wrong and it took days to get them corrected

- About 15 tickets submitted about these and other things - nothing but clueless answers so far.

Two words: STAY AWAY!

This is the problem I had. It was a major pain in the ass, but I did get it straightened out.

If you tell them up front you're ordering in bulk they'll assign an account manager to you and it all gets handled voice or email (your choice).
