Hey all,
I am in search for someone to work for me in Chicago and wanted to see if anyone was interested. This person would have to live in Chicago and come in the office 5 days a week, with probably a few shows to attend.

Here is the Job description:

Roles and Responsibility:

This person will be working directly for the VP of Marketing.

-Assists with pursuing and recruiting new affiliates and managing existing affiliates.
-Develops standard reporting and tracking to supply regularly.
-Selling Ad Space across multiple websites to movie companies, media and all applicable ad buyers.
-Setting up ad campaigns from start to finish in our Ad Server (checking availability, creating tracking links, inputting creatives, Quality Assurance)
-Working with partners to update content and maintain relationships
-Working directly with larger affiliates to increase their revenue and sales

Experience Necessary:

Must have online sales or marketing experience, and have a proven sales track record. Additional ad sales experience in offline media (print, radio) is a plus. Candidate must also possess a working knowledge of online metrics, technologies and research tools used in the marketplace.

Qualified Candidates will have:

Undergraduate degree.
1-2 years of agency experience or relevant corporate marketing experience.
Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills.
Background in successful online advertising approaches
Affiliate Marketing experience is a plus.
Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to come up with creative solutions to drive traffic to multiple E-commerce sites.
Ability to use multiple forms of media and marketing tactics to effectively drive potential customers to the website and convert.

This weekend was 92 and Sunny on Saturday and 85 and Sunny on Sunday. The summer in Chicago is actually the best in the country I would say. It is the 9 months of winter you have to watch out for.
