    Success changes people.

    There are a number of people I have seen grow into various success stories in this business. Not all, but MOST of them changed along the way. For the most part, they became assholes.

    I'm glad I chose to be an asshole from day one. When I reach their level of success then I will either be the same asshole or maybe I will be a bit nicer.

    Time will tell.

                  Sadly, it seems to be true.

                  I find that people treat friends, acquintances and other's in business with a certain level of equality and fairness... until they begin to gain a certain level of success, at which point they begin to not only value some people more.. but feel others aren't worth their time.

                  It's almost comical to see these people fully dismiss others simply because they don't have enough to offer them in return, $$ wise.

                                              here's a clue, they're successful now and its much harder to find time for people who bring nothing to the table. This is a business, you want friends? spend more time on myspace.

                                              People who gain success have done so by prioritizing their time. If you're getting less of their time, look at yourself for answers, not them.

                                                                      one thing many in the biz fail to realize is that you meet the same people on the way down as you have met on the way up your ladder. no one stays at the top forever. well, there are a small percentage that always will just because of certain chokeholds they have on the markets they live in, but for the most part adult is an up today, down tomorrow game. treat people like shit on your way to the top and see how they treat you when you're back at the bottom trying to get back up because your niche of the moment has expired. for the most part technology and the advancement of online determines who stays at the top and who falls and hits the rungs the stepped on getting to the top. there are variables to what i just wrote, but i think you get the general idea.

                                                                          There is a fine line between confident and cocky. Being confident is an essential quality of the succesful, but blind cockyness causes poor judgement and the alienation of others. You should always try to treat others the way you would like to be treated, whether it benefits you or not.

                                                                          This being said, there is also always a certain amount of hate towards those who are succesful whether they deserve it or not, its just human nature. I know I feel envy whenever I see a program blowing up. The trick is to turn it into a source of inspiration.                                                                                   People tend to remember and focus more on the negative things in life rather than the positive.
