Well, I've only flown couch on them, and I'm not a very tall guy, but there was probalby more chairs there than on any plane I've ever flown = no room for my legs at all.. also the food was crap. lol.

But then again, there's very few airlines I've enjoyed being in.

Thats actually quite normal for international first class.

continenal flies EWR -> AMS ... businessfirst around 3000, coach around 800

You can still fly acutal KLM planes but you have to make sure to ask for them and not NWA if you want a direct flight. Otherwise they will stick you on a flight via Detroit.
