Hey

Some how my pc has got spyware on i have tried every possible way as i keep getting a load of pop ups and its slowly doing my head in.

Can some one please advise me what to do.

I have tried to do a restore but when the pc shuts down and restarts the restore does not go through

I concur. If you don't have your data backed up - well, you should have, but if not, backup what you can and start fresh. You'll have the added benefit of having a noticeably faster system as well when you finish.

If so save your data and format the rest.
