I'm still wondering why the Lakers would play a hockey team to begin with.

End of an era? NOT!!!

Its kinda of tough to play 7-5. First Shaq b.s. foul. Then, I guess B. Jackson didnt foul Kobe? He freakn had his hand in his shirt. All I can say is the Kings won.. Not going to sit here and whin about the ref's..

Peace

The next game or two should be a championship game. Bibby is definitely MVP.

if the NBA Finals would just not include East teams alltogether I think the ratings would be fine.

Needless to day, the Lakers got very lucky Sunday, and the Kings returned the favor by retiring Shaq. On think you gotta remember is that Peja just came back and played a but, he's a fucking all-star and if the Kings make the finals, LOOK OUT.

Really good teams know how to close the deal. It takes more than just a win to do it. Bibi showed some great moments for a guy who has no experience in playoffs?I?ll give him that. I still believe the Lakers can take them to game 7. In game 7 everything can happen and the Kings don?t want to be there. When it comes to REAL pressure time I believe the Lakers can win, and it is all about Kobe?can he be the superstar we are all want him to be? Is he the next Magic, Bird or MJ?
This is his time to become the real deal.

Go Lakers

All I know is these last two games of both series have made for some killer viewing. I don't really root for any of the remaining teams, so I'm just looking at it from the perspective of a greedy couch potato; I want both series to end on last second shots at the end of the 3rd overtime in game 7, regardless of who wins.

As for the Lakers being done, the Kings still have to close it out, and it's never over until the final buzzer sounds.... and sometimes not even then, if it's Samaki Walker taking the shot

It's not over till it's over.
Love it live! You gotta admit it. these games are pretty exciting. And why not? It's the playoffs! We love to argue about who lost, who won, fucken refs, or lakers are lucky. I'm a Laker fan . I represent my team but come on now stop bitching about ohh he fouled him or it was a bad call. Fuck thaaaat. You just gotta deal with that shit cause in the end all that matters is the final score. That's it.

Im actually looking forward to seeing how Kobe reacts and performs in the next game or two.

You are right, this is showtime, and if Kobe really is to be classified as the next real deal this is his chance.

The Lakers cant win 2 straight against the Kings, its as simple as that... They will be VERY fortunate if they get a game 7...Kings spank them on their home floor and now they know how to hold their lead and not choke in the 4th.... ITS OVVVVVEERR...you guys might as well keep putting those 2000-2001 banners up,because this is 2001-2002...the dawn of a new era

KINGS BAAAABY

anti-Laker fans make some noise!!!

Stojakovic is amazing player, I have met him some years ago and of course I have seen many games when he was in Greece and was playing for PAOK. He is the player that can change the game within 2 minutes. Everybody said that this kid will play in NBA and one day everybody will talk about him. Believe it or not, he still adapts to the NBA enviroment. This player will write history.

What you really have to ask yourself is how long before Shaq is done in the NBA? Think about it, 350lbs running up and down the court thats gotta be some wear on those joints. That explains why his knees and ankles are bothering him right now.
Compared to the normal size NBA player I think Shaq's time has almost come to an end!

LOL, you can tell when you someone has played ball and when they haven't. Luck doesn't have one fucking thing to do with it! People act like the Lakers suck cause they didn't sweep the Kings. OMFG Kobe's sick Shaq has been injured the whole year and Sacremento has one hell of a good team. Anyone that knows anything about basketball knows this series is nothing more then two good teams battling it out.

I will make the same prediction I made when this series started which is this will come down to the 7th game, 4th quarter and final 6 seconds. The game will be won by the team that excutes and wants it more. As far as I'm concerned that team is the Lakers. They haven't played like it yet but real champions perform when their backs are against the wall.

Lakers X 3

I dont think anybody said tha Lakers suck, they just aren't the Lakers of the past 2 years and they never will be.Blaming loses on Shaqs injuries?? I hate to tell ya my man, that motherfucker is going to be injured the rest of his career,he has 3 GOOD seasons left in him and then he's just Patrick Ewing + an extra 50lbs...
The Lakers CANT win 2 straight games on the Kings, like i said, they wil be LUCKY to get a game 7
