Would you consider a sponsor to be a thief if your account was cancelled & they did not tell you before hand?

What if you've been sending traffic all this time while the account was cancelled? What if you even made sales. Now, since the account is now cancelled, shouldn't they be sending me a check.

I never in my life ever break anyones tos ever, so the only reason I see is that they do not like webmasters who send little or minimal traffic..or even minimal sales..

I decided to login today to grab some promo because I was going to start a bigger promotion of that sponsors site as I decided I am replacing all links & galleries that havent made any sales with those that have sold, & this sponsor site has sold, so was going to start sending more traffic, but nope..went to login & said account cancelled & I am not a happy camper with these people!!

I am an ass... they moved the stats & promo to their other aff program & it made more sales for me & it's not cancelled

You deserve notice on account being closed. Should be paid for sales to date unless fraud was involved. The rest should be very clear in the TOS. The new owner should abide by the TOS and advise in change of ownership and change of TOS.

People get screwed everyday in adult and every other biz. Not an attorney and don't know all the details here. If you did get screwed, hope it was a small amount.

Nope, thought I was, but I wasn't. the stats are all still there.. just moved to another place...
