    Hey does anybody have a password for this site: http://www.adult-empire.com. They are using our content on their tour and I would like to crusie their site to see if there is more of our content inside their site before I start legal action.

              They got balls to put your content on the tour page, lol. I seen people take content and put it in their members area b4, but not on the tour page.

              They better have your content in the members ares, surfers look at the tour and sign up, they expect to see it in there.

                  Well am planning on it, but they are in Russia and I want to know exactly what they have so I can document all our stolen content. I don't really want to use my credit card considering where the are originated from. They will however be cc on the email.

                                          Guys, actually it's AVS system. A lot of webmasters with their own sites.
                                          AE owners can't be sure that all of the content is legal, it's impossible.
                                          So you should probably simply contact them and they will remove this site from their system and punish webmaster.

                                          Rattlehead, may be they will send this wm's payments to you if it's your content. :D

                                              Hmm ... as i understand adult-empire.com is AVS system and this site (sites.adult-empire.com/4100/join.html) belongs to webmaster.
                                              So it's better to write email to support [at] adult-empire.com
                                              I know, that they delete this kind of shitty stuff as soon as possible.

                                                      this site was deleted right after AE owners were informed about such incedent

                                                      next time, you should better contact AE directly, instead of crying here at public and calling honest men the cheaters.

                                                          Well, it appears that the site has been removed, so obviously posting here helped resolve the issue.

                                                          By the way, DanTist. It is the responsiblity of the owners to ensure that the users of their system are not using copyrighted materials. Section 512 of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) states that to qualify for Safe Harbor they must:

                                                          -- have no knowledge of, or financial benefit from, the infringing activity
                                                          -- provide proper notification of its policies to its subscribers
                                                          -- set up an agent to deal with copyright complaints

                                                          Clearly AE is benefiting from the content by charging a membership fee to access the sites. So safe harbor does not apply.

                                                          I was simply trying to get into the site so I could document all of OUR content being used and inform AE with the appropriate documentation.

                                                          Maybe if you produce your own content someday, someone will help you out when yours is stolen.
