I agree with it. My employees, my money, my machines, my time. If someone is surfing porn on my time and costing me money, I want to know. Also use it to gather evidence to publically shame them to their friends and family.

my workplace may well be doing such stuff..

If you have to spy on your employees then you have hired the
wrong people in the first place.....good staff donīt need to be
checked....and if you donīt they will pay back for your trust!

If you have a shit crew and donīt check then you get fucked
over....and probably hard....so if you feel the need to spy
you know you hired the wrong people!
