My laptop keyboard is hooped - pressing q causes 1 to be pressed as well

    My laptop keyboard is hooped - pressing q causes 1 to be pressed as well

    if i press q, q1 comes up on the screen
    w, 2w
    e,3e
    r,4r
    u, u7
    i, i8
    o, o9
    p, p0

    its impossible to type anything with most letters in that top row
    the keys arent stuck together, its just that whenever they are pressed the numbers appear as well

          Its some sort of a shortcut you bumped. Happened to me before I cant recall how I solved it though.

              Try using a can of compressed air. If not, try a pipe cleaner. If not throw it away.
