Finally, why bother with 2257. Your audience isn't American, you don't like American, and your traffic isn't American. I'm surprised you would even acknowledge such a regulation considering you dont' give a fuck about America.

Also, how come so many world leaders fly to the US when they need major medical care? We have some of the best doctors in the world.

And this goes back to our lower taxes in a way. The US gives more to their citizens for making money. It gives individuals more motivation to innovate and make money. It's why the US dominates the world in innovation, technology and business as a whole.

Basically the tax you are claiming to be "low" falls within the top 22 ish high taxation countries of the world - ranking 20th - in that US taxation is around 44% (standard) and 50% (all in).

My own country of origin is not even on that high-taxation list (kinda surprise) and where biz is operational - there are no payable taxes.
