no, now your just speculating. come on, really, you're better than that. if he got immunity, worked a deal, etc. it would have been public.
what was announced was the following:
"On June 12, 2006, special counsel Patrick Fitzgerald formally advised us that he does not anticipate seeking charges against Karl Rove,"
now we can pretend this means all sorts of things but what it says is that Rove will not be charged with anything.
