HELP ME*What is the best link and affiliate tracking software.

What is the best program for tracking affiliate clicks, website conversions.. a program that tracks how many times a user comes to a website before he converts. etc. etc.. Basically looking to create in depth spread sheets with our data....

Also, must a traffic trade program like Arrow Script only be used for TGP pages... what kind of traffic trade scripts are ther for non tgp sites. Looking to trade traffic with our new search engine... what do you suggest?
