please help its urgent

Hey

I had a load of viruses on my pc now they have all gone i keep getting loads of pop ups can anyone tell me where in the ''Local disk (c drive'' these might be coming from so i can delete them there are no programs in the add and remove section that can cause it.

Please please help me its doing my head in slowly.
