Do you ever write out your thoughts?
I just took about 30 minutes off and started writing out my thoughts. Just anything that was on my mind and whatever spun from that. I can't really see myself doing it often but it was kind of nice to just "let out" everything I was thinking so it wasn't just an idea in my head. I don't think I'm going to read what I just wrote, but I'll save it in a file and keep adding to it, maybe one day I'll read it.
Do you write? Or maybe have somebody you just spill everything to?

I write everyday on something. Blogs or journals or just to myself. I have been doing it for years. It just helps sometimes to go back and look at what was wrong in my life 2-5 months ago to what is going on now and sometimes I see that I got through that so I can get through anything.

I used to write down my dreams. I stopped after somebody found my dreampad and turned me into homeland security. Guess all my dreams that involved killing high ranking government officials was a bad thing =(

I always carry a memo pad in my pocket with a cut-off pen in it. Idea, thoughts, notes, always get written down. I have a box full of them.
