fuzebox 06-09-2006 02:16 PM

Wait a sec, the real drama here is you didn't open your copy of San Andreas for 6 months???? It's an excellent game, that is what's not cool :(

Kudos to your roomate for finally giving it the play it deserves! :winkwink:

yeah something about relocating and becoming single made it so i had other priorities in life. there's a reason it's still shrinkwrapped (or was) - i wanted to play it first! but i'm over it, i swear. =)

I understand the whole personal property point....

But if you want an honest answer.....The fact that it bothered you enough to start a post on GFY about it might be the most silly part of all :1orglaugh

But then again...i'm pretty laid back when it comes to this kind of stuff :winkwink:

good point Tassy :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

...and I bet I can find over 60,000 other posts by juicy that are LESS worthy. When you post atleast we get a little eye-candy :winkwink:

jimthefiend 06-09-2006 02:54 PM

I have a tendency to buy dvds and shelve them unopened for a while before getting around to watching them. I find it pretty annoying when someone wants to borow them.

Similiar issue i guess.

Princess Ellisa 06-09-2006 02:57 PM

I would have snapped. I would have felt really bad later for snapping though.

I am an only child. I HATE when people touch my stuff. If someone touched my unopened stuff that would be grounds for a sound beating.

When I was in kindergarten I had everyone in my class convinced that they had to ask me for permission first before playing with any of the toys during playtime hehe I think you should tell your room mates the same rules apply LoL

ew, smelly pug blankets! I understand, though. It took me months to wean my dog off my bed and into her own. It's tempting to have another warm body around, even if it's a pet. :)

makefuckingmoney 06-09-2006 03:08 PM

as long as your hair products are safe i wouldnt worry

BradM 06-09-2006 03:10 PM

Well he's gay. So to assume he has morals is sort of silly. Write it off, he won't understand anyway.

i like her at my feet, but i wish she'd sleep up closer to me, she's slowly getting more used to that idea. :P

DirtyDanza 06-09-2006 03:15 PM

well honestly I think it's upsetting but nothing to really trip on... I will tell you why... is he respectful mostly just saw a video game he wanted to play and figured he's just playing it... and if you saw him playing it I am azssuming it's in the livingroom or something.. so not like he took your game and made it dissapear like he is doing the pop tart.. thats why he asked on the pop tart because is is eating it and then it's gone... vanishd.. now the game for that matter stays there at your house... so maybe he just figured you hadent opend it yet and he figured he'd do you the favor ... cause I personally hate the amount of stikers and shit they put on games and dvd's now a days.. I wish someone would open my stuff for me....

Make a chocolate cake and mix in a couple of boxes of Exlax. After you are done hide all the toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and any other thing he can use to wipe his ass then sit back and watch the fun.

Those kind of tactics may seem funny when one thinks about them but alas are not as fun when you have to witness it first hand. It effects the whole household.

One must deploy targeted tactics or psychological warfare on ones roommates.

Even something as simple as leaving post it notes around his items in each room stating that you were there too while never doing anything actually can cause a mental breakdown. Or pick up a real odd public behavior. Lay out some items like combs or whatnot on a table or counter. Then proceed to rearrange them in a specific sequence each day at the same time. You will eventually scare them silly.

hova 06-09-2006 03:42 PM

milambur 05-20-2007 07:54 AM

Are you sure he didn't ask you if he could open it, but you where preoccupied and just said yes without thinking about it? Maybe he woke you up and asked? I know I've promised all kind of things half awake that I never remember....

Odin 05-20-2007 08:56 AM

Personally I think it's silly. Actually I kind of hate when people carry that kind of attitude. I assume you are on good terms with the person, so sharing is caring. People in general should try not to be so individualistic and self-obsessed all the time.
