no infact it was not exactly planned but they have planes flying 24-7 waiting for the order they get the call out of the blue and the closest planes with the proper weapons to do the job.....takes minutes from the word go to the end, and the pilots have no clue what they are attacking they aim at a laser designated spot which means there was an american with a visual on the building.....next question
