I think if everything else was equal, make-up and attitude it would be 17 years old. I remember hitting grad 12 and going wtf happened to all the girls. Sheesh they all started to put on mass weight and really drop off. They really seemed to mature fast. Of course some chicks get better but it's more environmental or attitude changes instead of the girls actual base. If we rate it on base looks alone, I tend to agree that 17 IS prime.
